Providing up to 360mm opening for effective room ventilation, our luxury rooflights also have fully concealed chain-driven actuators that are used in combination with built-in gas springs and espagnolet locking.

Flat rooflights, once renowned for delivering poor thermal efficiency and with a limited client choice, have benefitted from considerable technical advancements in recent months. We have been at the forefront of this.
Our luxury rooflight systems deliver a unique combination of contemporary and traditional elegance with high levels of thermal efficiency. Our product has been designed to meet the increasingly demanding, varied needs of clients.
Unlike most bonded rooflight systems, our glazing unit can be removed in the event of damage or failure. This is possible through the use of a PVC cassette to which the glass is bonded and which is mechanically fixed to the frame.

Choices of colour have been greatly extended, to meet virtually any bespoke requirement, from both an external and internal perspective.
Modern powder coating techniques have also enhanced the durability of our luxury rooflights, with a positive effect on design lifetime. Shades can also be produced to blend seamlessly with other elements of the roofscape to further compliment interior design on either private or commercial buildings.
Our aluminium flat rooflights also have a multitude of bespoke features, including dual powder coating, a stepped edge unit, minimal glazing bars and narrow sightlines.
Standard widths of 1,100mm and 1,500mm with lengths of 1,500mm and 2,600mm are available for both residential and commercial clients.
